Did you know that phones/iPads/electronic books etc used at bedtimes suppress your sleep….?

Electronic devices mess up your melatonin levels and affect your sleep.

Lack of sleep can cause insulin sensitivity and thereby cause fat to be stored around your belly.

My 10 top tips to help you sleep:-

1. Sleep in complete darkness.

2. Do not take your mobile to bed with you.

3. Make sure your sleeping room is well ventilated.

4. Try and get between 7–9 hours sleep each night.

5. Wake up thinking pleasant thoughts as this set your mind up for the day in the

right frame of mind.

6. Make sure your room is at the right temperature.

7. Do not watch TV in bed.

8. Use eye masks, blackout curtains and earplugs.

9. Switch off all electrical devices in your bedroom.

10. Create a bedtime ritual.
