#3: My 10 top tips on How to lose weight


Here is my 10 top tips on how to lose weight

1. Eat healthy organic, grass fed, meat, dairy and eggs.

2. Exercise - the right type of exercise is not quantity but quality. Perform exercises that do not stress the system. Do movements to get nutrients through the body and move waste out.

3. De-stress - Learn how to deal with stress. The more stress you have the more you need a cleaner diet and lifestyle. Things you can try - meditation, hobbies, some form of relaxation, breathing exercises.

4. Remove toxins - skin, environment, detox, avoid microwaves, plastic bottles, tins, electromagnetic smog.

5. Drink plenty of good quality clean water.

6. No rapid weight loss as it overwhelms the system as toxins are released when fat is burnt.

7. Avoid rotting food as it contains fungus.

8. Use grass-fed butter and coconut oil to cook with.

9. Eat clean whole foods. Try to avoid foods that make you feel bad straight after eating them. For example, be conscious of bloating, gas or pain in the tummy.

10. No yo-yo dieting as it permanently damages your metabolism.
