So what is Kefir and is it good for you?

Kefir's a product that is made from whole milk that contains live probiotics.

Kefir supports your immune health and can contain billions of live and beneficial bacteria.

Kefir can help keep your digestive tract in good health and protect you against gut problems.

You can have many different probiotic strains of active cultures in Kefir and live yogurt too. Here listed is a few important ones:-

  • L. Casei for survival

  • L. Rhamnosus for fighting

  • L. Acidophilus for building

  • Bifidobacterium Lactis for defence

  • S. Thermophilus

  • L. Bulgaricus

  • L. Paracasei

  • Bifidus

Kefir basically taste the same as live yogurt so if you like live yogurt try kefir as yes, it is good for you.
