How to get a better night sleep

If you're having problems 💤 sleeping 😴 try and reduce your EMF exposure.

Firstly, what is EMF?

EMF stands for electrical magnetic fields

This is basically electricity and magnetism and it's what comes off of electrical devices that are plugged in.

So the things you can do to reduce your EMF exposure are as follows:-

  • Turn off bedroom circuit breaker at night

  • Use battery clocks in place of electrical clocks in the bedroom and especially near your bed

  • Keep cordless phones and cellphones out of the bedroom

  • Do not take wireless devices into the bedroom

So if you implement all the above you should be sleeping like a baby.
