#21: How Can I Stop My Hair Falling Out?

Is your hair falling out?

Well lets have a look at the reasons why your hair could be falling out shall we?

Hair loss is extremely frustrating for both men and women, although it is a lot more common in men than women.

For women it is the way we express our femininity and attractiveness by trying out different styles and expressing our personality at different times throughout our life through changing our hair styles, changing the lengths and experimenting with different colours.

When we suddenly find our hair falling out or starting to thin, or worst still experience bald spots this can be devastating and cause us to lose our self confidence. Our hair is our crowning glory, it's who we are and this can leave us feeling depressed, ugly and helpless.

There are a number of causes of hair loss. So what are some of the causes?

  • Hormone imbalances

  • Deficiencies in absorbing nutrients

  • Autoimmunity disease

  • Endocrine adnormality

  • Poor diet

  • Menopause

  • Vitamin deficiency

  • Mineral deficiency

  • Iron deficiency

  • Thyroid problems (hypo or hyper)

  • Chemicals in hair products

  • Bugs/mites infestation

  • Gut issues

  • Parasites

  • Scalp infections

  • Fungus infections

  • Toxins and heavy metals

  • Poor sleep

  • Allergies

  • Stress

What are some of the treatments for hair loss?

  • Magic hair growth shampoos

  • Magic hair creams for regrowth

  • Magic potions and lotions

  • Hair transplant

  • Spray on hair

  • Wigs

So do these so called special hair shampoo and hair treatment really work? I am sure some of them might do, but they will only be treating the symptoms, not the actual cause of your hair loss as listed above.

So you should try to eliminate the cause not the symptom and then your hair will grow back naturally and healthily .

How do you do that? Here follow some Tips to try:-

  • Eat a healthy organic diet

  • Try some form of stress relief

  • Follow a detox supervised plan

  • Test for bugs/parasites/heavy metals

  • Test for hormone imbalances

  • Avoid toxins, chemicals and heavy metals

  • Follow a sleep routine

  • Get plenty of rest & recovery

  • Avoid junk food and sodas/pop

  • Try some magic shampoos, potions and lotions (just make sure they are chemical free)
