How to eat healthy when flying!

When I fly, I try to prepare, as much as possible in advance, healthy foods.

This is a healthy prawn đŸ€ salad đŸ„— which I prepare at home – (Note - it is in a glass jar) so not to leach toxins from plastic into your body.

If you prepare in advance you can take healthy foods with you while travelling or flying on a plane ✈ đŸ›© đŸ›« that way you're not tempted to eat fast foods at the airport or grab unhealthy snacks.
