Vitamin D– which you get mostly from the sun is so important for your health.

Vitamin D is actually a steroid hormone and does thousands of different jobs in the body.

Most people are deficient in vitamin D and one of the best ways to get vitamin D is from the sun so I personally try and get out in the sun as much as possible.
