#28: Infar Red Saunas

I'm just popping into my infrared sauna.

Why? I hear you say.

Well, my main reason for using an infrared sauna is to detox my body from all the pollutants that are in the air, water and food today.

So what are some of the other benefits of using an infrared sauna?

  • Increased metabolic rate

  • Improves skin condition

  • Burns more calories

  • Increases collagen

  • Improved drainage

  • Relaxation

  • Helps recovery from colds flu

  • Sweats out toxins
